April & May 2025 Launch Notes

Dive into the highlights below to see what’s new.

The last two months of releases delivered faster, more accurate, and a new AI Search interface, deeper conversion analytics, and smarter lead routing—all built to help you move qualified prospects from curiosity to enrollment with less manual work.

AI Search 2.0 Interface (Enabled with a feature flag)

Now part of AI Hub – One streamlined entry-point; no more “dueling medallions.”

Search results first; AI Summary second – Visitors can view search links without waiting for the AI Summary to return.

Conversation threading with smart follow-ups – Students can branch into new topics or dig deeper in-thread; context awareness boosts accuracy of follow-up questions.

One-click “Expand” to full-screen – Within AI Hub there is a new interface that allows students to quickly access previous questions they asked and search within a full screen instead of a chat widget in AI Hub.

AI Search Response Engine Updates

In parallel to us updating the interface, we also spent a lot of time improving the underlying response engine that powers AI Search. We have seen major improvements to the speed of responding and the ability for the engine to find an answer to student's questions.

Speed – Average response time is now about 3 seconds (previously ~15 seconds).

Accuracy – Answers are returned for more than 90 % of student questions (up from 73 %).

Conversion Analytics Updates

Cross-form & cross-hub views – Compare the entire funnel at a glance, then filter by form, question, or date.

Lead-count trends – Switch between conversion-rate and absolute-lead views; group by day, week, or month.

Year-over-Year comparison – Instantly see how this year stacks up against last.

Lead Routing

New lead routing functionality allows you to route leads to different CRMs or workflows within your CRM based upon how a student responds to the form questions.

Conditional CRM/Slate routing – Direct-Admission qualifiers go straight into an application workflow; others enter your inquiry funnel.

Multi-CRM support – Route undergrad and grad leads to different systems based on a single form question.

Content Card Updates

We have add some functionality to make publishing content cards more robust based upon feedback from our partners.

Start/stop scheduling – Launch campaigns automatically and let them end on schedule.

Page-level targeting – Show cards only where they’re relevant.

Dismiss-on-interaction – Remove a card after a student clicks or submits to keep the experience fresh.
