How to access and utilize the campaign tracking tool in Halda.

Understanding UTM Campaigns
UTM codes are parameters added to URLs to track the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns. They help you see where traffic is coming from and how users interact with your content.
In the education space, UTMs are often used to track links in ads, emails, and social media to measure which campaigns drive the most engagement and conversions.
Customizing Columns, Adding Filters, and Exporting Data
At the top of the Campaign Tracking page, you’ll see options for Customize Columns, Filter, and Export.

- Customize Columns: You can choose to display data points such as page views, impressions, inquiries, admits, and enrolled students. These metrics help you track how users move through the funnel from initial click to enrollment.
- Filter Options: You can apply filters based on inquiry capture source (e.g., specific forms or form variants) and attribution type (first-touch versus last-touch UTMs).
- First-touch UTMs track the user’s initial interaction with your site, while last-touch UTMs track the final interaction before conversion. Use these to see which touchpoints are most influential at different stages.
- The Export button lets you download a CSV report of your campaign data, making it easy to analyze performance offline.
Reviewing Traffic and Performance Metrics
Below the filters, you’ll see a visual representation of how different campaigns contribute to your overall traffic. You can see which campaigns drive the most inquiries and how they perform in terms of admissions and enrollment.- Traffic Type Filters: You can drill down into specific UTM parameters like campaign, source, medium, term, and content to understand which elements of your marketing strategy are most effective.
Use campaign tracking not just to view numbers but to understand the journey users take from the first click to enrollment. Adjust your campaigns based on which UTMs are driving the most valuable traffic.
