In the beginning of July we released a full suite of AI powered off-site communication channels - Phone, SMS, and Email. These channels build on our powerful website individualization tools to empower you to deliver 1:1 communication to prospective students on the channel they want, and at the times they want to engage. AI Phone and SMS Assistant

Request Driven Interactions - Students can now request a phone call or sms conversation with your school's AI Phone Agent directly from your website. The agent has access to both your school's entire website knowledge base as well as the student's full profile to curate relevant answer's based on their interaction history, student's profile, and current enrollment status. Your Phone/SMS Assistant is available to engage with student's even when your office is closed.

Human Hand-offs - Add up to eight university phone numbers for call hand-offs to your staff when a human touch is required.

Phone and SMS Agent Integration - Your Phone Agent can text students with conversation recaps, important website URL's relevant to the conversation, or when the student simply wants to continue the conversation over SMS.

Leverage active and passive behaviors from students to send them individualized and timely emails. These emails are not one size fits all - each email is generated for each student with custom content recommendations.
