September brought fresh improvements to Halda’s user experience, email workflows, and data visibility. From new UI enhancements to more intuitive data handling and refreshed student records, these updates continue to make the platform more powerful and partner-friendly.


AI Form & Response Page Enhancements

Theater Experience in AI Form Responses
The same “theater view” experience recently added to AI Search is now available in AI Form Response Pages. When a student receives an AI-generated response page, they’ll see a more dynamic, transparent display that enhances the overall user experience.


AI Email Updates

Prompt Editor Enhancements
We refreshed the AI Email Prompt Editor with cosmetic UI improvements and updated prompt configuration behavior. The editor now better respects user changes during generation and publishing, giving you more reliable control over email outputs.

Email Metrics Improvements
The Email Metrics view has been updated to display all email-related events for each student record, giving partners a more complete picture of email engagement.


Data & Records

“Leads” → “Inquiries”
We’ve officially updated all app references from “Leads” to “Inquiries” for consistency and clarity. This better reflects the language used across enrollment and admissions workflows.

Student Records Page
All partners have now been moved from the Leads page to the Student Records page. This view includes a search bar, additional filters, and a new Student Profile layout to make finding inquiry information even easier.


AI Hub

Refined Recommendation Logic
You now have the ability to disable recommended cards in the Hub. With this option activated, Hub cards and forms will only appear for prospects that have visited the URL associated with the asset. This will give you more control over when and where Hub content is displayed.
