Updating Account Branding

How to update both your general account branding in Halda and the AI Hub-specific branding.

General Account Branding

1. Accessing the Branding Page

  • Click on the hamburger menu (three bars) at the top right of your Halda dashboard.

  • Select the "Branding" tab to open your global branding settings.

2. Setting the AI Form Hero Logo

  • Upload a logo that will appear on your AI forms.

  • Recommended dimensions: 200px by 50px (4:1 aspect ratio), PNG preferred for transparency.

  • This logo should have a transparent background and a lighter color scheme to stand out on darker backgrounds.

3. Adjusting Colors and Fonts

  • Heading and Subheading Colors: Set these to match your brand, often white (hex #FFFFFF) if your billboard background is dark.

  • Billboard Background Color: Choose a primary school color, preferably a darker shade that contrasts well with white text.

  • Heading and Subheading Fonts: By default, these are set to Helvetica Neue. You can upload custom fonts (TTF, OTF, WOFF) in the Custom Fonts section.

4. Text and Button Settings

  • Button Color: Use a primary or secondary school color for buttons.

  • Button Text Color: Typically set to white for readability.

  • Paragraph Font Color: Default is Arial, but you can change this or upload a custom font.

5. Saving Changes

  • Always click "Save" at the bottom right to apply your global branding changes.

AI Hub Branding

1. Accessing the AI Hub Configuration

  • In the left navigation menu, under AI Enrollment Marketer, select "AI Hub."

  • Click on the "Branding" tab at the top of the AI Hub configuration page.

2. Setting the AI Hub Logo

  • Upload a logo suited for a light background (nearly white). This ensures visibility on the AI Hub interface.

3. Configuring AI Hub Colors

  • CTA Background and Text Colors: Adjust the call-to-action button colors.

  • Suggested Search Text Color: Set the color of placeholder text within the AI Hub.

  • Questions Background Color: Configure the background color for question elements in the AI Hub.

4. Choosing the Medallion Launcher Style

  • Select between the Bottom-Right Launcher (with cards) or the Center Launcher (with personalized text). Both are equally effective, so choose based on your design preference.

  • Medallion Background and Icon Color: Customize the medallion’s appearance. By default, the icon is a graduation cap, but you can change it to an AI sparkles icon or another symbol that fits your branding.

5. Previewing and Saving AI Hub Settings

  • Use the live preview at the top of the AI Hub branding page to see changes in real time.

  • Once satisfied, click "Save" to apply the branding changes.

AI-Generated Email Style Guide

1. Configuring the Email Style Guide

  • In the hamburger menu, go to AI Knowledge Base > Email Style Guide.

  • Here, you can upload example emails that reflect your preferred tone and style. This helps the AI generate emails that match your institution’s voice.

2. Setting Brand Voice and Tone

  • Under the Configuration tab in the AI Knowledge Base, define your brand's essence, personality, and tone. For example, you can choose a formal, friendly, or even a playful tone depending on your school’s branding.

  • You can also add messaging examples or special vocabulary that the AI should use. For instance, if you have a unique mascot or theme, you can incorporate that into the responses.

3. Personalizing AI Email Responses

  • You can insert AI-generated variables into emails using double brackets, like [[recipient name]] or [[insert personalized message]].

  • This ensures that each email is tailored to the recipient based on the information you’ve set up.

Final Notes

  • Always Save Your Changes: After adjusting any branding settings, make sure to click “Save” so that all changes are applied to your forms and AI Hub.
  • Review Previews: Use the live preview features to make sure your branding looks exactly how you want it before finalizing.
